To sign in and submit a Work Order requesting a specific type of repair, you must be an authorized Tenant Contact. Please email the property management office at FirstTower.TenantServices@Hines.com for more information.
Requests are processed during normal business hours. Non-emergency request received after 5:00 PM Monday – Friday will be processed on the next business day. Please note that all chargeable items are subject to a 15% admin fee and GST.
